Amit Mahajan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Innovations LLC, a U.S.-based technology company that reinvents how organizations capture value from returns, trade-ins and asset lifecycles. At Phoenix Innovations he leads the development of the patented platform MIDAS® — a powerful decision-engine that combines data intelligence, robotics-enabled automation and rule-based disposition logic to maximize recovery in reverse-logistics flows.

With a foundation in electronics engineering and decades of experience across strategy, supply chain and automation, Amit has built a unique ecosystem in which returns don’t simply become liabilities — they become sources of value. Under his leadership, Phoenix Innovations has introduced automation systems for grading, routing and resale of returned goods, enabling clients to accelerate processing, increase resale yields and gain full visibility into every asset’s journey.
