Chris Woodbury is the leader of Reverse Secondary Markets at Best Buy, overseeing key areas such as returns, damaged goods, product refurbishment, trade-in programs, and non-new product resale. With over 25 years at Best Buy, Chris has driven growth and innovation across a wide range of functions—including Merchandising, Consumer Loyalty Marketing, Demand Planning, Geek Squad Services, and Supply Chain. Before joining Best Buy, Chris held roles in Merchandising and Inventory Management at Target Corporation. He earned his BSB in 1997 and later completed his MS in Supply Chain Management in 2019, both from the Carlson School of Management.

Chris is a dedicated University of Minnesota alumnus, actively involved with the Alumni Association and co-founder of the University of Minnesota Alumni Network at Best Buy. He currently serves as President of the Retail and Consumer Studies Advisory Board for the College of Design. Passionate about mentorship, Chris has spent many years guiding professionals, college students, and high school youth alike.
