With over a decade of experience across Target’s Global Supply Chain and Logistics organization, she has held roles in operations, automation, warehousing network strategy, and technology product management. These experiences shape her end-to-end approach to building a more resilient and circular supply chain.
In her current role, Lindy is developing and scaling strategies to create a comprehensive reverse ecosystem for returned, overstocked, and defective merchandise — one that balances financial impact, operational efficiency, and environmental responsibility through resale, donation, recycling, and material reclamation channels.
A proud Michigander now based in Minneapolis, she holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota.
