Marin Galvin

As the Director of Supply Chain Programs at CTIA, Marin oversees strategic initiatives that address complex supply chain challenges for the wireless industry. Building on a background in supply chain consulting for Fortune 500 companies, she specializes in creating communities and strategic partnerships to drive industry-wide collaboration.

Her responsibilities focus on establishing standards and best practices, with a specific emphasis on the CTIA Reverse Logistics and Service Quality (RLSQ) Program. She convenes leaders from carriers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to establish the gold standard for the repair and refurbishment of pre-owned wireless devices. Furthermore, she serves as the de facto COO for the WISE Certification program, promoting the global certification of mobile device repair technicians and maintaining the industry standard for grading aftermarket devices.
