Rakesh Menon is a senior executive and recognized industry authority in recommerce, reverse logistics, and value recovery, bringing nearly 20 years of global ecommerce and operations leadership. Over the past decade, he and his teams have built and scaled three of the most influential refurbished and circular-commerce programs in the market: Amazon Renewed, eBay Refurbished, and HP Renew Solutions. transformative initiatives that reshaped the U.S. refurbished landscape, elevated customer trust, reduced waste, and generated billions in incremental value. With deep expertise spanning strategy, operations, partner ecosystems, and lifecycle optimization, Rakesh is widely sought after for his ability to turn complex post-purchase challenges into scalable, customer-centric systems. He has also actively engaged with the Reverse Logistics Association (RLA), now part of NRF, where he contributes to advancing industry standards and the future of circular retail. Rakesh holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
