Steve Rop is an operational and commercial executive with more than 20 years of experience transforming, scaling, and leading high-performance teams across supply chains, operations, technology-enabled services, and client success. He has nearly 15 years of experience in reverse logistics and consumer returns. He recently joined nGroup Performance Partners as Chief Operating Officer.
Most recently, Steve served as Chief Operating Officer at ReturnPro, a leading supply chain and reverse-logistics solutions provider serving Fortune 500 retailers and manufacturers. In this role, he led end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations, business development, and account management, helping clients optimize returns, recovery, and overall supply chain performance.
Earlier in his career, Steve held senior executive roles at Liquidity Services (NASDAQ: LQDT), where he led major supply chain and operations initiatives for top retailers and brands, as well as Total Wine & More during a period transformation and hyper growth. He began his career in management consulting at Ernst & Young, specializing in retail supply chain strategy, procurement transformation, and large-scale systems integration.
Steve holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management and a BA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
