As Director of Global Business Development at Flex, Tetyana partners with leading global brands to design and implement resilient, circular supply chain solutions that bridge commercial goals with operational excellence.

Throughout her career at Flex, Tetyana has led large-scale programs in aftersales, refurbishment, repair, and sustainable lifecycle management for some of the world’s most recognized technology and consumer brands. Her expertise spans value-added logistics, inventory optimization, and end-to-end service integration — enabling companies to reduce waste, recover value, and extend product lifecycles through responsible, data-driven processes.

Tetyana’s leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of both commercial strategy and executional detail.
