Colleen is the Director of Amazon’s Device and Services Reverse Supply Chain and Logistics team, where she leads initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and advancing the circular economy through electronics reuse and refurbishment. A second-generation Nicaraguan American and California native, she brings over two decades of experience spanning semiconductor manufacturing, consumer electronics, and reverse logistics operations.

Prior to Amazon, Colleen established her expertise in reverse logistics at Palm Inc., where she built and managed global operations for returns, repairs, and refurbishment, serving major telecom customers and direct consumer warranty programs. She joined Amazon's Device and Services team during the launch of their first Fire Tablet and has since been instrumental in expanding the company's device operations from a single product line to a diverse ecosystem of innovative devices.

During her tenure at Amazon, Colleen has architected the expansion of reverse logistics infrastructure across multiple continents while launching several key initiatives, including global Certified Refurbished programs for Amazon Devices, worldwide recycling Take Back programs, regional Walk-in Center repair services, and direct-to-customer repair solutions.

Colleen holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Santa Clara University. Her technical expertise and unique perspective continue to drive innovation in sustainable consumer electronics.
