Managed diverse teams with budgets of $100+ million. Passionate leader with over 28 years of experience in reverse logistics, circularity, and sustainability. An active member of Reverse Logistics Association since 2015, an Advisory Board member since 2019, Women in Reverse Logistics committee guest speaker in 2020, participated in several conference and committee meeting panels and interviewed for reverse industry podcasts. Well versed and recognized in the reverse logistics broader ecosystem which enables the ability to develop best in class solutions to achieve the company objectives by tapping into mutable resources quickly and efficiently. Proven manager with strong emphasis on partner management, business and financial planning, partner and project management, business process strategy and redesign, process improvement, regulatory compliance, returns and refurbishment operations, and logistics.
