Rob Sondergaard is a Senior Director within Asset Protection at Abercrombie & Fitch, leading the Returns, Fraud and Abuse Division. In his role, Rob closely partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive enterprise value in Returns, RFID, Digital Fraud, Promotions, and Travel & Expense.
Rob joined A&F in 2009 in the Finance Leadership Development Program, holding roles across Stores' Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Real Estate Finance, and Capital Expenditures. From 2019-2022, Rob was the first finance lead in the newly formed Regional Operating Model, heading up the EMEA region within the London Home Office.
Upon returning to the Global Home Office, Rob was the first in position to oversee Consumer Returns, focusing on the entire ecosystem of Experience, Reverse Logistics, and Analytical Insights. Following this role, Rob led the Finance & Project Management team within Business Development, as A&F expanded its Third Party partnerships. In Fall 2025, Rob started his current role leading the Returns, Fraud and Abuse Division.
Rob is graduate of Miami University, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
